Rotten To The Core

When: Saturday, July 28, 2018

Where: Piedmont Bend Pool

Time: 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Details: Come down with the family to hear one of our very own Piedmont Bend members and his band (Rotten To the Core) play. The band will play from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Think of this as your very own Chastain Park. Bring your favorite beverage, a light dinner and be ready to have fun with your neighbors.

We will also be doing a 50/50 Raffle fundraiser to raise funds for resurfacing the pool. Please bring cash to help support the pool resurfacing along with tipping the band.

July 4th Parade:
Let’s continue this tradition that has been in place since Piedmont Bend opened. This event is open to everyone. Get your red, white and blue red and come out and join us. We also need people to line our parade route so come out and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the fun as we go by.

The parade will start at 10AM at the 2nd stop sign of Kinridge Road and Kinridge Trail and we will walk to the pool. Afterwards we will enjoy a cool treat!!

Decorate your golf cart, bike, stroller, or Wagon. If you have Pets they can come and join in on the fun.

We will be awarding prizes 1ST 2ND 3RD for the best decorated.

July 4th – Barbeque:
PBRA is throwing a Barbeque at the Pool! The fun will begin at 2:00 pm. Pulled Pork, Chicken, Hotdogs and chips will be provided by the PBRA Board and served at 3:30 pm.

ROCK PAINTING

When: Saturday, June 30th

Where: Piedmont Bend Pool

Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Details: Let’s get the kids together to paint some rocks and have some fun!!! The only thing the kids need to bring is themselves or if they have a favorite rock they want to decorate – bring it!!!!

SOCIAL EVENT

Its hump day and it’s summer time. Bring your favorite beverage of choice and come down to the pool to relax and meet other members/neighbors. This is your time to re-energize yourself. This event is open to both women and men.

When: Wednesday, June 13th
Where: Piedmont Bend Pool
Time: 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Details: Please bring an appetizer to share and be ready to relax.

FAMILY SOCIAL EVENT

When: Saturday, June 16th
Where: Piedmont Bend Pool
Time: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Details: It’s Family Italian Night. Bring an Italian dish to share with your family and neighbors. We will start eating at 6:30 pm

After looking at the news and all the weather channels, it appears that a lot of rain is heading our way. The Board and I have decided that we are cancelling the Memorial Day Celebration that was scheduled for this Sunday, May 27th. I am sorry to do but I hope everyone understands. We appreciate those who have signed up to bring something.

We hope that everyone has a safe holiday weekend.
