Halloween night is creeping up fast and we’re ready for another fun-filled evening with our neighbors and friends! Join us on Friday, October 31st at 5:30pm for the annual Piedmont Bend Halloween Celebration!

Come dressed to impress (or fright!) and show off those amazing costumes! We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with this year!

Here’s what’s happening:

• Trunk or Treat: Set up your spot in the parking lot before the event kicks off. Our little ghosts and goblins will be ready to make the rounds early!
• Hayrides: Rolling through the neighborhood for the kids — a fan favorite every year!
• Food & Fun: The PBRA Board will be grilling hot dogs.
  Bring your favorite side, snack, or dessert to share. Sign up HERE
• Neighborhood Trick or Treating: Begins around sundown along Chondra Drive and throughout the neighborhood.

A few friendly reminders:

• Please clean up your area after Trunk or Treating.
• If the parking lot fills up, park on the opposite side of Chondra Drive — let’s keep the street safe and clear for trick-or-treaters and hayrides.

We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone – costumes, candy, laughter, and all!

We’re excited to wrap up August with our Labor Day Celebration this Sunday, August 31st at 2:00pm!

PBRA will have the grills hot and ready for you to cook your favorite main dish, bring your steak, burgers, chicken, fish, or whatever you’d like to throw on the grill.

We kindly ask that each family bring a side dish, appetizer, or dessert to share. Please plan to have your dish at the pool by 1:30pm so we can kick off the meal at 2:00pm.

Don’t forget your cooler, favorite poolside drinks, and plenty of energy for an afternoon of food, friends, and fun!

The weather vibes for tonight just aren’t looking right and with rain as a possibility in the forecast, we don’t want anyone worrying about whether we’ll be able to enjoy the evening. Instead, we’d rather make sure everyone can come out, relax, and have fun without any weather concerns hanging over us.

So—we’re rescheduling our Hawaiian Luau + Lilo & Stitch Movie Night to Saturday, September 13th @ 7pm. Same tropical theme, same luau fun, and of course—Lilo & Stitch under the stars.

We’re definitely bummed, but we know it’ll be worth the wait. Thank you for understanding and we will see you soon!

Back to School Ice Cream Social
Friday, August 8th @ 6:00 PM

Let’s celebrate back to school with a summer sugar rush! We’ll provide the ice cream and the toppings, just bring the energy and your favorite pool float. A great way to cool off, catch up with friends, and celebrate back to school!

Adult Movie Night – Happy Gilmore
Saturday, August 16th @ 8:30 PM (movie starts at dark)

It’s tee time… movie-style! Join us for a special screening of the hilarious golf classic Happy Gilmore. Dress the part in your best golf gear, caddy outfit, or anything Happy-inspired. Bring some popcorn, your favorite drinks and a lawn chair or towel to lounge in comfort.

Note: This is an adult event, if kids tag along please keep in mind the movie is PG-13 and contains adult humor.

What to bring: Golf-themed attire, beverages of choice, and something comfy to sit on.

Hot August Nights (WDW with a Twist)
Wednesday, August 20th @ 7:00 PM

Our usual Wine Down Wednesday with a disco-era makeover! Think 70s music,  disco balls, wine spritzers, and that laid-back PBRA energy. We’ll hang by the pool, unwind midweek, and share light bites and laughter as the sun sets.

What to bring: A snack or appetizer to share and your favorite drink. Bell bottoms optional but highly encouraged!

Hawaiian Luau + Lilo & Stitch Movie Night
Saturday, August 23rd @ 7pm (dusk for movie) | Poolside Court

Aloha! Join us for a tropical-themed family luau complete with leis, Hawaiian fun, and island vibes. Once the sun goes down, we’ll roll out the screen for a showing of Lilo & Stitch under the stars on the tennis courts.

What to bring: Your best luau attire, picnic blankets or chairs, and snacks or dinner to enjoy during the movie.

Registration is now open for the 2025 Cobb County Summer Swim League! If you have children ages 5-18 who are interested in joining the Piedmont Bend Barracudas, sign up today and get ready for a great season in the water!
