2026 Memorial Day Celebration
Please plan to join us for PBRA’s Annual Memorial Day Celebration on Sunday, May 24th!
It’s time to kick off summer with one of our favorite PBRA traditions, a fun-filled afternoon at the pool with neighbors, friends, and family. Grab your swimsuits, towels, and appetites and come celebrate with us poolside!
PBRA will be serving summer favorites including hot dogs, pulled pork, and grilled chicken beginning at 3:30 PM.
We’ll be set up and ready to receive food contributions starting at 2:45 PM, so come early to swim, relax, and enjoy the afternoon before we eat.
We kindly ask each family attending to bring a dish to share, whether it’s a favorite side, dessert, appetizer, or signature summer recipe. Sign up here (we’re also looking for a few volunteers to help with setup and cleanup).
Please remember to bring your own beverages, as PBRA will not be providing drinks. Friendly reminder: No glass is permitted in the pool area or on the pool deck.

2026 Afterschool Practice Schedule
First day of practice is Monday May 11th. All sessions last 30 minutes.
Practices are held daily May 11-14, including Monday and Tuesday, May 18 & 19.

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm - 5, 6, 7 & 8 year olds
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm - 9 & 10 year olds
5:30 - 6:15 pm - 11 & older

PLEASE NOTE: The pool is closed to open swim while swim team is practicing + during swim meets. Both practice + meet days will be noted on the calendar.
Piedmont Bend Barracudas 2026 Practice Schedule
All swimmers are expected to wear goggles, their swimsuit and bring a towel to practice. Swim caps are optional and will be provided along with a team t-shirt for all athletes. The 2026 Pool Season is officially here!
We will be open regular hours and will note on the calendar when we are closed to accommodate the Piedmont Bend Barracuda swim team.

We’re kicking off the season with a casual and fun Meet & Greet and you’re invited!
Whether you’re a returning member or joining us for the first time, this is a great chance to connect, catch up, and put some names to faces before pool season officially begins.

Class of 2026 Graduation Banner Submissions Due
We’re excited to celebrate our Class of 2026 with PBRA’s annual graduation banner!
If you have a graduate you’d like to include, please send their (share with your neighbors as well): Name + School to: piedmontbendvicep@gmail.com or piedmontbendsocial@gmail.com
Submission Deadline: Friday, April 24
The total cost of the banner will be shared among participating families. Once finalized, we’ll coordinate details and send each family their portion. Payment will be required prior to printing.
PBRA 2026 Pool Workday
Our annual pool workday is coming up on Saturday, April 18th (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
Volunteer for at least 2 hours and receive a $25 credit off your membership dues (one credit per household).
This is a great opportunity to meet neighbors, help get the pool ready for summer, and earn a little discount!
Piedmont Bend Easter Egg Hunt
Hop on over and join us for a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos on the pool lawn.
