We have a lost dog at our house. She is a shih tzu and was found at the intersection of Wynn Drive and Smithwood. There is no collar or identification. Can you send out this information in case someone is looking for her? My number is 770-973-2140.

If you need childcare, computer help, tutoring or other assistance, please remember to check out our yellow pages section to find neighbors of yours that might be able to help.
We’ve just added Kayli McGaha to this page, and she can help with your dog and/or childcare needs. Here is what she has to say:
I’m a 17 year old who’s available to dog sit. I’ve always been a dog lover and have experience in dog sitting. Even if it’s just letting your dog out from time to time or if you have another petyou’d like me to take care of, I’m here when you need me.
I’m also able to babysit. I’m the oldest of five in my family and work with kids often. I alsoearned my babysitting license from the Red Cross.
Please call if you are ever in need of either of these services. (404-903-7970) I’d love to help youout.
Blessings,
Kayli McGaha
If you’d like to be added to the yellow pages, just contact me and I’ll be happy to add you. Thanks!

I hope that you all had an enjoyable weekend! Many thanks to those of you who were able to join us for our Spring Clean-Up Day this past Saturday. Due to the holiday weekend, it seems that this was probably not the best time to schedule the clean-up day!
So, if you were unable to help at the pool and tennis facilities this past weekend, you have not completely missed the opportunity. We will have a SECOND CLEAN-UP DAY this Saturday, April 30, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Based on the amount of work still to be done, I am sure some of us will be there throughout the day so come as you are able. The Board of Directors is working hard in a variety of ways to improve the appearance and overall use of the Piedmont Bend recreational facilities and I hope that you can assist in these efforts!
Also, the Piedmont Bend Barracudas will be hosting a Parents Meeting this Sunday, May 1, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pool. Open registration and swimsuit fitting will occur that afternoon until 5:00 p.m.
Remember that the pool will officially open on Saturday, May 7 (we may have an adult’s only get together the prior evening – more details to follow). Be sure to get your Membership dues in soon so you can take full advantage of the improved facilities! The Membership Application can be found here.
Thank you for your support of the PBRA and let me know if you have any questions, concerns or comments.
